BUYER GUIDELINES
At Coyote Hollow Ranch, our goal is to ensure you find the right partner. We take great pride in the transparency of our process and the quality of the horses we sell. To ensure a smooth experience for both the buyer and the horse, please review our policies below.
PREPARATION
Every horse listed for sale has undergone a minimum 60-day evaluation and training period at our ranch. Prior to be listed, all horses are fully serviced, including dental work, vaccinations, deworming, and professional shoeing.
PRE-PURCHASE EXAMS (PPE)
We strongly encourage every buyer to conduct a pre-purchase exam. Whether you are purchasing a horse on-site or sight-unseen, you have the right to arrange a PPE with a veterinarian of your choice. Any X-Rays, ultrasounds, or additional diagnostics are entirely at the buyer's discretion and expense.
AS-IS SALES
All horses are sold "as-is." We do not offer guarantees or warranties. Horses are live animals, and their behavior, performance, and temperament can change depending on their environment and the person handling them. We cannot control these factors once a horse leaves our care.
POST-PURCHASE EXAMS
No post-purchase exams will be taken into consideration once the horse has left our possession.
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to be thorough in your evaluation before completing your purchase to ensure the horse is the right fit for your needs.
TRADES
We are open to considering trades under the right circumstances and within a timely manner. Coyote Hollow Ranch LLC reserves the right to determine if a trade is appropriate and whether we are obligated to move forward with one.
TRANSPARENCY AND DUE DILIGENCE
We go the extra mile to provide extensive videos, detailed photographs, and accurate descriptions of our horses based on their time in our care. We welcome and encourage all potential buyers to visit the ranch to ride, handle, and evaluate our horses in person to ensure they are comfortable with their potential new partner. We ask that you do your part by being thorough in your evaluation process, asking questions, and being clear about your goals and experience level.
