ABOUT

I’m Chelsea Hale, founder of Coyote Hollow Ranch LLC. Horses and equine sales have been part of my life from the very beginning, and as a third-generation horsewoman, I’ve been raised in this industry with a deep appreciation for good horses and the work behind them. My approach to training and selling horses is rooted in the practical, hands-on experience passed down to me by my grandfather, my mother, and my step-mother.

Horses were a constant in my grandfather's life. He found a sense of purpose and stability in the barn and was a cowboy in the truest sense. He passed on his love of horses to my mother, who ensured I had a childhood spent outdoors among the animals that meant so much to my family. I have also been fortunate enough to learn from my step-mother, a well known Reiner, who helped to refine my technical skills as a trainer.

My focus is on developing and offering well-rounded horses with versatile training, both in the arena and out on the ranch. I believe a quality horse should be able to do more than just look good in one setting—it should be capable, dependable, and useful in everyday work. That means my horses are expected to handle arena work as well as real ranch jobs.

I take pride in producing horses that are practical and adaptable, with the kind of foundation that makes them stand out in a variety of situations. My goal is to connect people with horses that are not only talented, but trustworthy and proven where it counts.
